As for the home user, the airpanel does deliver. It is great for surfing the web, composing basic documents in Microsoft Office, and remotely managing other aspects of your PC. So for our loyal reader who wrote to say that he has a small house, the airpanel is great for this. The only caveat is that the price point seems unreasonably high for what it does.

RatFaced said that the decision was "Ironic, that Kazaa is complaining about copyright issues, especially as K-Lite ++ stands for everything that Kazaa CLAIMS to stand for... but fails to deliver." We will perhaps never see Kazaa Lite again, but we can hope that users will remain aware of the spyware that is hidden inside the Kazaa application, which is used to finance the creation of the software. [...] Development on Kazaa-Lite has ceased due to this situation, however the program will continue to work fine, until who knows when.
"We will probably keep using Symbian at least for the time being. Its operating system is dependable and has a good track record overseas," a Fujitsu spokeswoman said. Samsung, which is a shareholder in Symbian and also makes phones using the Palm operating system, does not see the growing adoption of Windows for phones as heralding an unstoppable assault.

With a potential audience of 60 million Kazaa users around the world, these new deals should be an interesting proof-of-concept for this method of commercialised online distribution. If it can also sign an agreement with the BBC it will be a major coup and a huge boost to its credibility. Despite several attempts to interest the RIAA in this technology that association has always declined. Maybe now it'll change their tune.
