The studios involved in the service are Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. MGM.N), Viacom Inc.'s (VIA.N) Paramount Pictures, Sony Corp.'s (SNE.N) (6758.T) Sony Pictures Entertainment, Vivendi Universal's (V.N) (EAUG.PA) Universal Studios, and Warner Bros., a unit of AOL Time Warner Inc. (AOL.N).
Among Hollywood's major movie studios, only The Walt Disney Co. (DIS.N), News Corp Ltd.'s (NWS.N) (NCP.AX) (FOX.N) 20th Century Fox and privately-held DreamWorks did not participate. However, sources close to Disney said the company plans to launch its own Internet VOD service through the Movies.com Web site within the next 10 days.
[...] The service will use digital rights management technologies by Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) and RealNetworks Inc. (RNWK.O) and will be viewable with either company's media player.
[...] The major studios have been working aggressively behind the scenes to develop Web services before facing a threat such as the recording industry's high-profile challenge from the once wildly-popular free song-swap service Napster.

With the growing bandwidth demands being placed on the chipsets in today's PCs, what are your plans for a higher bandwidth interconnect between the North/South Bridges. V-Link currently provides 266MB/s of bandwidth which is definitely enough for the majority of situations that it is used in, but looking towards the future will V-Link be abandoned in favor of HyperTransport or do you plan on updating the V-Link specification to provide for the added bandwidth requirements?

I think its very clear, that the Big Momma won over all. The AquaCoil truly impressed me with its cooling abilities compared to the Danger Den Cube since they are such close relatives in how they are designed. I imagine the new version of the radiator would run a lil better even.
The 760vTFT does better than many LCDs at scaling up lower resolutions to full screen without unsightly jaggies or pixelation -- it's not the best at it we've seen (that would be a $2,500 Eizo), but when we first installed the monitor, it actually took us a minute to realize Windows was running at 1,024 by 768 instead of the preferable or native 1,280 by 1,024. Samsung also earns points for offering a choice of centered (black space around all four sides) and letterboxed (centered vertically, but stretched horizontally) viewing of lower-resolution screens.
