Software-update: UltraEdit 18.00.0.1029

IDM Computer Solutions heeft versie 18.00.0.1029 van UltraEdit uitgebracht, de tweede update voor versie 18. Deze multifunctionele teksteditor kan overweg met gewone ascii-tekst, maar hexadecimale bestanden en html-bestanden zijn evenmin een probleem. Verder beschikt het over features als macro's, verticale blokselectie, syntax highlighting, een ingebouwde ftp-client en spellingscontrole in diverse talen. Sinds versie 18.00 zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:

• Launching new instance now uses separate settings for reloaded files/project
• Fixed crash when pressing ALT key in some isolated situations
• Addressed issue with AltGr + V pasting data instead of inserting @ character
• Addressed issue where auto-complete may not show all possible matches
• Addressed painting/display issues with Active Column Highlighting and certain fonts
• Addressed issue where Left/Right Arrow moves caret 4 bytes in double-byte ANSI files
• Addressed issue with Insert (Hexadecimal) Number in UTF-8 files
• Addressed a couple of Smart Template issues
