Software-update: UltraEdit 17.00.0.1032

IDM Computer Solutions heeft een update uitgebracht voor versie 17.00 van UltraEdit. Deze multifunctionele teksteditor kan overweg met gewone ascii-tekst, maar hexadecimale bestanden en html-bestanden zijn evenmin een probleem. Verder beschikt het programma over features als macro's, verticale blokselectie, syntax-highlighting, een ingebouwde ftp-client en spellingscontrole in diverse talen. Sinds de vorige vermelding in de Meuktracker zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:

Issues Fixed in 17.00.0.1032:

• Addressed double prompt to save modified unnamed file
• Addressed a couple "Save As" dialog issues
• Corrected toolbar icon issue on some Windows XP systems
• Fixed issue with Find in Files/Replace in Files menu item not restoring immediately after cancelling
• Fixed issue with "Set directory as root" when double-clicking folder in bottom pane of explorer
• Fixed issue where code folding isn't immediately displayed when file is loaded
• Fixed selection issue following Perl regular expression replace
• Fixed issue where Find Next/Find Prev doesn't respect "Match Case" setting
• Fixed a couple of localization/translation issues
• Fixed issue where default directory for File -> Open (when no files have yet been opened) not using last active directory
• Fixed an XML tag matching issue when XML contains embedded process instructions

Issue Fixed in 17.00.0.1030:

• Fixed issue with "Check for Updates" downloading wrong language (non-English builds only)
