Another thing very worthy of stating is that we have one hell of a fine group of CPU coolers this time. They were all put under very stressful conditions that many of you will find yourselves in probably sooner than later as Athlons continue to fall in price. When using a high performance fan, almost the entire pack fell within FIVE DEGREES of each other. This is hardly a monumental Delta in temperatures. I would be hard-pressed to tell you that any one of these coolers is better than the other strictly based on temperature because of them being so close in performance. I would make sure to sit down and look at all the features of these coolers and match them to your specific needs and not simply pick the one that scored the best.
The competition is the market place is becoming evident by our results which can only be a good thing for all of us. Let's face it, you can only cool so much with room temperature air and many of these companies are getting to be very good at it.
Still only one gets the gold and this is the second time we have handed the winning spot over to the Thermosonic ThermoEngine. With that said, we would like to honor Thermosonic's hard work by giving them the "HardOCP Top Pick" award. I can easily say that you have very little chance at being disappointed in their product.
Onze dank gaat uit naar Turismo voor de tip!

As sales of DDR boards are not well accepted. Taiwanese manufacturers like ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI will slow down their development of their DDR product lines.Intel is slashing pricing of Pentium 4, and this will definitely increase the sales of P4. DDR and P4 are moving in opposite directions. Mainboard manufacturers says that the current market is not stable. PC133 SDRAM mainboards has matured and cheaper boards is more acceptable by the masses. The higher end DDR boards are squeezed out of the market.

Bottom line, what do I really think of the m500? I think it's WAY over priced. It's a Palm Vx with an expansion slot and a vibrate feature. If I was shopping for an ultra thin Palm OS PDA, I would buy a $299 Palm Vx first. I'd skip the m500 and the Handspring Edge which although thin, is still over priced in my opinion. Why go with the Palm Vx? First of all, it's $100 cheaper than the m500 and Edge. And second of all, there are already quite a few accessories available for it such as styli, GPS, Omnisky, Stowaway Keyboard, etc.
