Software-update: NetSetMan 5.2.0

Ilja Herlein heeft versie 5.2.0 van NetSetMan uitgebracht. Met dit programma kunnen diverse instellingen snel en eenvoudig door middel van profielen worden aangepast. Het is vooral handig voor laptopgebruikers die hun computer op verschillende locaties gebruiken, zoals thuis en op het werk. Met een druk op een knop kunnen bijvoorbeeld het ip-adres, de standaardprinter en de smtp-server worden aangepast. Het programma is gratis te gebruiken, maar er is ook een pro-versie voor commerciële gebruikers, die ook het aanpassen van het domein, de proxyserver en de browserstartpagina mogelijk maakt. Sinds versie 5.1.0 zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:

• New: Profiles can now be sorted by name, date and activations
• New: Network Location Type: Private/Public (in "Driver" section)
• Fix: Wifi option "Switch to strongest signal" could accidentally be disabled

• Subnet mask 0.0.0.0 will now be treated as invalid and automatically replaced
• Improved debugging possibility
• Lots of minor fixes and adjustments

• New: Context menu in WiFi Management for quick access to Enable/Disable
• New: Context menu in WiFi/AutoSwitch for quick log file/folder access
• Fix: Program settings might not have been saved after being changed
• Fix: Connected WiFi network possibly not displayed in TrayInfo
