Software-update: Rainmeter 0.14 beta

Op de site van Rainy's is een nieuwe bètaversie verschenen van Rainmeter. Rainmeter is een zogenoemde 'performance meter' die verschillende statistieken van computer kan laten zien, waaronder het netwerkverkeer, processorgebruik, uptime en hardeschijfruimte. Ook kan het programma andere informatie tonen zoals het weer en de tijd. Rainmeter kan deze informatie in een grafiek of balk zetten, of weergeven in decimale getallen. Een uitgebreide handleiding van het programma is op deze pagina te vinden. Gisteren is in de vorm van 0.14 een nieuwe bètaversie verschenen van Rainmeter. Deze release kan gedownload worden voor de 32bit- als de 64bit-versies van Windows. Mocht je geen Windows XP of hoger draaien, dan is de installatie van gdiplus.dll een vereiste. Versie 0.14 beta wordt geleverd met de volgende veranderingen:

• Webparser parses the files as UTF8 by default. The codepage can be changed with CodePage.
• Added proxy support for the webparser.
• The reference measures in Webparser can use RegExps to parse the substring.
• Fixed few graphics problems with the images.
• Fixed the background rendering bug and incompatibility problem with DynamicWindowSize.
• Some !bangs didn't work during the first update cycle. Fixed.
• Fixed SSID and BANDWIDTH in the WirelessPlugin.
• WindowMessagePlugin uses PostMessage instead of SendMessage so now you can control Rainmeter with it too :-).
• Fixed couple of crashes with !RainmeterRefresh-bang.
• The plugin folder can be defined with RainmeterPluginPath in step.rc.
• The AdvancedCPU can show the process that currently takes the most CPU time.
• Substitutes are applied in the order they are defined.
• Fixed a crash with the PingPlugin and added TimeoutValue which defines the value on timeout.
• QuotePlugin can scan subfolders and it's possible to filter the files by extension.
• The tray meter can load directly icon files.
• Fixed hit test in BITMAP measure when alignments are used.
• Format in TIME measure can show the time and date as locale specific string.
• Added OnRefreshAction which is executed when the config is refreshed.
• Fixed uptime in 64-bit build.
