Software-update: SOGo 4.0.0

Verleden week is versie 4.0 van SOGo uitgebracht. Scalable OpenGroupware.org maakt gebruik van de broncode van OpenGroupware.org en richt zich op het delen van agenda's, contactpersonen en e-mails. Daarnaast is het volgens de ontwikkelaars goed schaalbaar en kan het via een webinterface worden aangesproken. Verder worden aangepaste versies van Mozilla Thunderbird en Lightning meegeleverd als client. Er kunnen ook andere clients worden gebruikt, zoals Microsoft Outlook, of mobiele apparaten zoals een BlackBerry. Iemand die een soortgelijke oplossing weet die enkel mail aanbied of de mogelijkheid bied om dit eenvoudig uit te schakelen? Ik heb nu een Kolab server die eigenlijk heel instabiel is en dat ik min of meer kon oplossen door het uitschakelen van de proxy die de contacts, calendars en files mappen verbergde. Voor die zaken gebruik ik nextcloud, wat vooral voor files een betere oplossing is.

mailinabox.email is email zelf, maar gebruikt voor contacten, calender en files Nextcloud dat al geintegreerd wordt tijdens de installatie. Heb het zelf langere tijd gebruikt, maar had geen zin meer om aan mijn vrouw uit te leggen dat email af en toe niet werkte (probleem spam blockers), dus nu naar fastmail overgestapt.

ik maak gebruik van mailcow; http://mailcow.email/ .. op basis van SOGo, PostFix, Dovecot, en rspamd. Ondersteunt ook DKIM signing etc. en wordt actief ontwikkeld

Ziet er interessant uit, min of meer wat ik nu draai, maar ondanks dat ik zelf ook het een en ander heb gescript en opgeschreven, bij het opnieuw opzetten van de server wellicht best handig.
