Google heeft een update voor versie 21 van zijn webbrowser Chrome uitgebracht. Google Chrome is beschikbaar in drie verschillende uitvoeringen: stable, beta en dev,en ditmaal is de stabiele uitvoering bijgewerkt. Nieuw in versie 21 is dat de browser nu zonder plug-ins toegang tot de microfoon en de webcam heeft, uiteraard alleen na toestemming van de gebruiker. Verder is er verbeterde ondersteuning voor Google Cloud Print, gamepads en Retina-schermen van Macs. Versie 21.0.1180.81 moet diverse problemen verhelpen en wordt verder met een nieuwere versie van de Adove Flash-plugin geleverd.
Stable Channel Update
The Stable channel has been updated to 21.0.1180.81 for Linux, 21.0.1180.83 for Windows and Chrome Frame and both Beta and Stable channels have been updated to 21.0.1180.82 for Mac and Linux.
