Google heeft een nieuwe stabiele uitgave van versie 15 van zijn webbrowser Chrome uitgebracht. Google Chrome is beschikbaar in drie verschillende uitvoeringen: stable, bèta en dev. Developmentversies zitten in een vroeg stadium van ontwikkeling en zijn dus het minst stabiel. In versie 15 treffen we onder andere een nieuwe tab-pagina aan als er een nieuwe tab wordt geopend. Hierop staan niet alleen de meest bezochte webpagina's, maar ook de meest gebruikte apps. Het changelog van deze update ziet er als volgt uit:
Stable Channel Update
The Stable channel has been updated to 15.0.874.120 for Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame platforms.

- This new build also contains a new version of Flash which contains security fixes.

- Fixed the "certificate is not yet valid" error for server certificate issued by a VeriSign intermediate CA. (issue 101555)
