It looks like DDR for Intel is here to stay. DFI being one of the most stable boards that we used has shown the capabilities of the DDR on P4. Although this board does not have great features, but this is probably the reason it can be priced very competitively against other brands. In fact, I was expecting some sort of a 6 channel audio to be implemented onto this board. An on board LAN port will also be a welcome.
The performance of this board is pretty good and I have a feeling that the BIOS can be further improved. Installation is very straightforward, we did not encounter any major hiccups so far. Stress testers like SuperPI went through loops, so is 3Dmark2001. For those who prefers to overclock, we managed to get our ES to run up to 15 x 112Mhz stable. 115Mhz POSTED but it's relatively unstable.
DFI's documentation is clear and precise. It's also a multi-language manual. According to pricewatch.com, this mainboard is now priced at USD 109 or SGD 199 which is cheap for a Intel based Pentium 4 DDR mainboard.
