We have a mysterious Coppermine T (or Coppermine LV) appearing in Q4. Could it be what Tom was talking about? .13u Coppermine? That would extend the life of P6 another year. This new core (shring is seems to be taking over Celeron as well. It shows Willamette 423 giving way to Willamette 479. I wonder if it contains an integrated Northbridge. Integrated northbridge would make it competitive, but it also means commiting to a memory interface. It looks like the Almador is in fact a chipset for Coppermine (DDR?). His pretty much follows Tom's opinnion.
Tulloch chipse seems to be for Willamette 479. If the different pincount of a CPU needs a new chipset, it would lend some credibility to my hupothesis that Willamette 479 will have built in Northbridge.
