I'm not really that sure I wanna see it again. I mean, Episode 7.. well, to sum in up roughly in a nutshell; the movie opens with a StarDestroyer, some stuff happens, then you have a rolling droid without a real face but a head that turns with a secret inside on a desert planet where one of the protagonists lives too, they meet up, they run away from StormTroopers that are chasing them, they escape the desert planet on the Millenium Falcon, they get tractor beamed into a large ship, they hide in the innards of the Millenium Falcon, Han Solo then flies the MF out of the large ship and they set off to the rebel base, then you got your large planet/weapon that belongs to the baddies that destroys a planet and is then gunning for the rebel base so the rebels attack in force, take out the shields, fly inside the weapon pew pew pew and fly out and away while the planet/weapon blows up in the back.
Oh, in the meantime there’s some lightsaber fighting and the female protagonist gets tied to a scary chair while an anonymous dude dressed in black wearing a penis helmet tries to get her to be honest and tell stuff. That's really it isn't it?
The EXACT same things happen in Episode 4... all of it. If it wasn't for the old cast reappearing in their old roles as older selves they might as well have called it 'Star Wars The Next Generation'.
At least the original SW had that hint of 'which side is the bad one?' Somewhat keeping it interesting and more like real life where it also depends on your point of view who is right or wrong.
There's really not an original thought in there except for the light saber cross guard, but the judges are heavily divided between genius and idiocy on that one even though the meme cultured people are mocking it.
