Firmware-update: Asus RT-AC68U 3.0.0.4.374.291

Asus heeft nieuwe firmware voor de RT-AC68U beschikbaar gesteld. Deze dualband-router kan clients zowel bedraad als draadloos van netwerktoegang voorzien. Verder zijn er twee usb-poorten aanwezig, waarvan een usb 3.0, zodat een printer of externe opslag over het netwerk kan worden gedeeld. De nieuwe firmware heeft versienummer 3.0.0.4.374.291 en voegt onder meer OpenVPN toe en ondersteuning voor Apple Time Machine en voor harde schijven die met Apples HFS+-bestandssysteem zijn geformatteerd.

Versie 306 gaf erg veel problemen, router liep vast om de paar minuten.
Asus heeft vanaf vandaag een nieuwe versie online staan (de 306 versie is nu helemaal verdwenen)
