Software-update: PHP 4.3.9RC2

Verwijderd laat de volgende meuk achter in de submit: "Vandaag is de vermoedelijk laatste release candidate van PHP 4.3.9 gereleased. De enige nieuwe feature is het binnen de perken houden van het geheugengebruik van de Perl Compatible Regular Expression-cache. Daarnaast bestaat het changelog louter uit bugfixes." PHP 4.3.9RC2 wordt dit keer uitgegeven door het Quality Assurance Team, dat deze release beschikbaar heeft gesteld als bzip2-, tarball- en zip-archief. De volgende veranderingen zijn van toepassing op de tweede release candidate van de 4.3.9-branch:

Implemented periodic PCRE compiled regexp cache cleanup, to avoid memory exhaustion. (Andrei)
