Versie 3.00 beta 3 is onlangs uitgebracht. van het programma Zoom Player. Dit programma gebruikt directshow om meerdere mediabestanden te kunnen afspelen, waaronder MPEG en DVD. De onderstaande veranderingen zijn van toepassing op deze nieuwe release:
Changes in Zoom Player 3.00 Beta 3:
- New Media Library Category System
- New Video Orbiting System
- New Shell Integration feature
- New Web URL Navigator
- The Arrow keys Toggle has been split into Left/Right and Up/Down toggles
- Completely rewrote the code behind the Association system
- On Play Complete toggle can now Eject the CD
- Changing the Skin-Tint is now done without having to reload the skin
- Right clicking the navigator interfaces now closes them
