Gisteren is Gaim voorzien van een update naar versie 1.5.0. Dit IM-programma biedt ondersteuning voor netwerken, waaronder AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, Zephyr, SILC en GroupWise, en is beschikbaar voor Windows en diverse Linux-distributies. In deze release zijn enkele belangrijke security fixes doorgevoerd. Het volledige changelog ziet er als volgt uit:
