With the daily work with Windows one is even faster with the VIA ProSavage PM133 than with every other chip record for Intel processors. However for this an additional diagram card is necessary.
Since the reference board has still a prototype character, are so far still no bench mark with PC133-Speicher possible. Therefore we can meet still no definite predicates concerning the MEMORY performance. It has however the appearance that VIA at the memory interface improved.
The integrated diagram unit disappoints both with 2D and with 3D-Software. However one must also see that the VIA ProSavage can keep up for example with 3DMark99 pro and Quake 3 arena with the Intel i815, even if this with additional display a Cache Card is getunt.
As for all chip-corrode with integrated diagram unit applies also to the VIA ProSavage PM133 that play fans of it should leave better the fingers. Nevertheless the possibility does not make of re-tooling later with a " correct " AGP Grafikkarte this solution any longer the dead end.
