Software-update: MusicBrainz Picard 3.0.3

Versie 3.0.3 van MusicBrainz Picard is uitgekomen. MusicBrainz is een open content-muziekdatabase die kan worden aangesproken om muzieknummers van de juiste tags te voorzien. Picard is het officiële programma om tags op te vragen, te bewerken en in te sturen. MusicBrainz Picard is open source en wordt ontwikkeld voor Linux, macOS en Windows. In deze uitgave zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:

• Picard-3477 - Setup Wizard: Checkbox description text not fully shown
• Picard-3496 - "Grouping" tags cannot be deleted from MP3s
• Picard-3498 - Disabling plugin purges cover art provider configuration from picard.ini
• Picard-3499 - Reinstalling local in-place plugin and switching to git fails
• Picard-3509 - Crash when switching themes
• Picard-3510 - Newly added custom column renders with solid white background on tracks while built-in columns do not
• Picard-3511 - Right-pane artwork replacement silently fails to embed in FLAC files
• Picard-3513 - Blocking album task that is completed forever blocks UI operation
• Picard-3514 - Cover Art Archive "Exclude" types list does not override the "Include" list
• Picard-3515 - If many files for a given track are found and additional fields are enabled, metadata is wrong in the Album Pane
• Picard-3516 - Article-insensitive column sort is non-deterministic (QCollatorSortKey lacks working equality)
• Picard-3517 - Built-in player prevents file write access
• Picard-3518 - Cover art saved as external files ignores CAA "front" flag when naming files
• Picard-3519 - Picard unable to save metadata for WAVE files with data size not matching actual data
• Picard-3521 - Picard crashes when loading a release from ISRC lookup for files already matched to a track
• Picard-3527 - Track match indicator is inconsistent
• Picard-3528 - Uses alias sort name even if artist credits matches artist name

Improvements

• Picard-3507 - Scripting documentation function/tag search: Enter key to proceed to next match
• Picard-3508 - Gross track-length mismatch does not prevent a false-positive recording match on Lookup
• Picard-3526 - format_isrc does not normalize lowercase or unhyphenated valid ISRCs

Al heel wat downloads mee gered waarvan de id3-tags ontbraken of verkeerd waren. Ideaal programma. Helemaal nu het native op MacOS (arm) draait.
