Software-update: EZ CD Audio Converter 13.2

Poikosoft heeft versie 13.2 van EZ CD Audio Converter uitgebracht. EZ CD Audio Converter is een alles-in-eenprogramma voor het rippen, bewerken en converteren van audiobestanden en kan daarnaast ook worden gebruikt om cd's en dvd's te branden. Ondersteuning is aanwezig voor alle bekende audioformaten, waaronder mp3, aac, he-aac, Dolby Pulse, Apple Lossless, flac, Vorbis, Opus en Windows Media Audio. Een licentie kost eenmalig vier tientjes en daarvoor krijg je voor altijd updates. In deze uitgave zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:

EZ CD Audio Converter 13.1

• Loudness Normalization
  • Added new EBU R 128 “Top of Loudness Range” normalization mode
  • This mode adjusts audio based on the louder parts of the track instead of using the overall average loudness
  • Added a Peak Limit setting for Loudness Normalization
  • Limit from 0.0 to -6.0 dB using either:
    • Sample Peak [dB FS]: Limits the highest digital sample level
    • True Peak [dB TP]: Estimates and limits peaks that may occur between samples
  • Added new options for EBU R 128 / ReplayGain calculation:
    • Loudness algorithm
      • Integrated [I]: uses the overall average loudness
      • Top of Loudness Range [ToLR]: focuses on the louder sections of the audio
    • Peak mode
      • Sample Peak [dB FS]: uses the highest digital sample
      • True Peak [dB TP]: estimates inter-sample peaks for more accurate peak detection
• Discogs Improvements
  • Improved Discogs search accuracy
  • Artist names now ignore disambiguation numbers in parentheses For example, “Artist (2)” is treated as “Artist”
  • Improved track list parsing:
    • Headings are now skipped correctly
    • Bonus track entries are handled more reliably

• Window and Layout Settings
  • Added an option to save the Audio Converter window position
  • Added an option to save the CD Ripper window position
  • Added an option to save the File Explorer column layout
