Software-update: CudaText 1.225.0

Versie 1.225.0 van CudaText is uitgekomen. Deze opensource en crossplatform teksteditor is beschikbaar voor Windows, Linux, macOS, BSD en Solaris. Het programma heeft uitgebreide mogelijkheden die met name voor softwareontwikkelaars interessant zijn. Het is ontwikkeld in Object Pascal, start snel en door middel van Python-add-ons kan de functionaliteit verder worden uitgebreid. Het programma wordt actief ontwikkeld en regelmatig verschijnen er nieuwe versies. De changelog voor deze uitgave ziet er als volgt uit:

Added:

• Improved commands "find all, and ....." - they now search for current selection / word under caret, if find-bar is hidden or empty; this is to act more like Sublime's command "Quick Find All"
• When Find-dlg finds matches only in the visible area (because of option "find_hi_max_columns"), show additional statusbar text "(in the visible area)"
• Viewer: detect UTF-8 encoding (by signature + by content reusing option "ui_non_text_buffer")
• Viewer: in Text/Unicode modes, make word-wrapping position for CJK text much better

Changed:

• Removed flag 'm' from option "auto_copy_clp" into separate new option: "auto_copy_max_size"

Fixed:

• Viewer: in Text mode with UTF-8 encoding, avoid broken chars '?' on word-wrapped edges
• 'lexer detector' plugin bug when installing 'C++' lexer, wrong escaping of '+'
• Sometimes, File/Reopen could reset the word-wrap state to Off
• Set correct width of 'Greek polytonic' chars
