MediaMonkey is bezig een nieuwe versie te bouwen van zijn gelijknamige programma voor het beheren van je muziekcollectie en heeft zojuist versie 2.2.2 alpha build 772 uitgebracht. Het programma kan muziek af spelen, ID3-tags aanpassen, cd's rippen en audio converteren. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om functionaliteit toe te voegen door middel van plugins.
