Versie 11 is uitgekomen van MailStore Home. Met dit programma, dat gratis is voor thuisgebruik, kan een back-up worden gemaakt van alle e-mails. Ondersteuning is aanwezig voor pop3- en imap-accounts, de Microsoft-programma's Outlook Express tot en met Outlook 2016, Mozilla Thunderbird, accounts op Exchange, Kerio Connect en MDaemon, onlineaccounts zoals Gmail en mailbox-bestanden, die bijvoorbeeld door Eudora worden gebruikt. In deze uitgave zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen aangebracht:

- Search: Messages can now be searched by their archive date.
- Recovery records are now stored in separate container files, contain all meta data of the messages and are updated in real-time.
- Archive store recovery based on the new recovery records allows a rebuild of a corrupt archive store database without the need to export and re-archive messages.

- Updated third party libraries to fix several minor issues in archiving, displaying and exporting of emails.
