Versie 5.3 van Subsonic is uitgekomen. Subsonic is een opensource- en cross-platform-mediastreamer, die muziek en video's kan streamen, zowel binnen als buiten het eigen thuisnetwerk en naar verschillende gebruikers tegelijkertijd. Op de computer kan via een webbrowser toegang tot de media worden verkregen en er zijn ook apps voor onder meer Android, iOS en Windows Phone. De complete lijst met veranderingen en verbeteringen die in versie 5.3 zijn aangebracht kunnen hieronder worden gevonden.
