Software-update: Macrium Reflect 5.3.7277

Paramount Software heeft een nieuwe versie van Macrium Reflect uitgebracht. Met dit programma kan een diskimage van een partitie of harde schijf worden gemaakt. Macrium Reflect is gratis voor privégebruik, maar er zijn ook betaalde uitvoeringen. Die bieden verschillende extra's, zoals het kunnen maken van een bestandsback-up of een incrementele back-up, versleuteling en het terugzetten van een back-up naar andere hardware dan waarop hij is gemaakt. De standaardversie kost 45 euro, de pro-uitvoering 60 euro en de servereditie gaat voor 193 euro mee naar huis. Sinds versie 5.3.7253 zijn de volgende problemen verholpen:

Bug Fixes: 5.3.7277:

• A cleared folder exclusion filter in File and Folder backup would not cause the default value to be clear when next run. This has been resolved
• A Server reboot could occur during an Exchange Backup if the backup driver code was paged out of memory. This has been resolved.

Bug Fixes: 5.3.7271: (Only for Server Plus)

• If Mailbox Restore cannot create a MAPI profile, it will now retry before returning an error message.
• The Mailbox Restore wizard could crash if the mailbox ID could not be found. This has been resolved.
• The Mailbox Restore wizard could crash when reading folders from the mailbox. This has been resolved.
• HTML email body text was not always being populated when exporting to PST files. This has been resolved.
• The Mailbox Restore process could fail while attempting to restore unsupported recipient data. This has been resolved.
• The Mailbox Restore process could fail while attempting to write categories on Exchange 2013. This has been resolved.
• Backing up an SQL database could crash if no list of files was found. This has been resolved.
• Uninstalling reflect will now will unmount any mounted images from the shell.
• Issue resolved when restoring Exchange mailboxes from disks with 4k sector size.

Bug Fixes: 5.3.7257:

• A bug with v5.3.7253 could cause a system error when mounting images containing FAT32 file systems. This has been resolved
