Zaterdag zijn versies 2.10 en 2.11 van EMDB uitgekomen. EMDB, wat staat voor Eric's Movie Database, is een gratis programma waarmee een filmcollectie kan worden beheerd. Hoewel de download slechts 2MB groot is, beschikt het over uitgebreide functionaliteit. Zo kan relevante informatie van onlinedatabases als IMDb, MovieMeter, TMDb en TheTVDB worden opgehaald, kan worden bijgehouden welke films uitgeleend zijn en kunnen films die op de harde schijf staan direct vanuit het programma gestart worden. EMDB kan worden gebruikt in diverse talen, waaronder het Nederlands. De changelog voor deze uitgave ziet er als volgt uit:

- Fixed create database backup crash in some cases.

Database:TVSeries:
- Added a file size field for media files.
- To better combine all files saved in a backup the backup is now stored in a separate folder containing date and time. The folder contains the main database, all thumbnails and detailed TVSeries information When restoring a backup the folder has to be selected. Restoring old type of backups is still supported.
- fixed a crash when deleting the last movie in the database.
- fixed TVSeries details and episode information was lost when merging databases.
Statistics:
- Fixed s10e10 and higher format was not correctly handled when assigning files.
User Interface:
- Added total media files size display.
Add from Hard Disk:
- User Interface: Added an option to show the movie title as label in the Bookshelf.
- User Interface: Added the ability to double click an empty position on the Bookshelf to add a movie on that specific position.
- The Enter key nows acts like double clicking the selected movie.
Translations:
- Added an option to ignore the drive letter when checking for existing files when adding new ones (in case the media files are on an external drive from which the drive letter might have changed).
- Fixed all *.VOB files of a DVD structure were added as separate movies when they were in a VIDEO_TS folder.
