Versie 4.3 van 7+ Taskbar Tweaker is uitgekomen. Met dit programma kan de taakbalk van Windows 7 en 8 worden aangepast. Zo kan er worden aangegeven welke programma's wel of niet worden gegroepeerd, kan de volgorde van items worden aangepast en kunnen verschillende schermen tegelijk geminimaliseerd of gesloten worden. Deze release voegt onder meer ondersteuning toe voor Windows 8.1, maar sinds versie 4.2.5 is er meer veranderd.
