This card satisfies one of those requirements, but, at $330, this card is a hard sell. If what you are looking for is video editing with great gaming ability, the ASUS AGP-V6800 Deluxe won't disappoint you. If you only need a fast card for gaming and don't need the extra features, save some money and get a plain vanilla DDR board.
