Tja :
We have marked a really interesting features of this platform:The AGP slot is not AGP Pro or AGP 4X. We wonder why ASUS has decided to use such kind of AGP slot (we have not seen it anywhere before) on this board: the only difference between this AGP and AGP Pro is the absence of notch, which divides the front part of the slot into two parts. There is an integrated sound chip from CMEDIA. We believe it is one of the latest sound chips from this company - CMI8338 or CMI8378, both supporting HRTF positional 4/6-channel audio. We have also found Realtek RTL8100 LAN controller on this board.
If you ask us why ASUS has integrated sound and network controllers into this board, we won't be sure what to say. We are not sure, if there is something more interesting in this mainboard, but there at least integrated GeForce2 MX graphics core ready to work. We can assume it only because we cannot see separate graphics chip.
