Het volk van AcidHardware heeft een review geschreven van de Evergreen Portable MP3/CD speler. Dit apparaatje is voorzien van een anti-shock systeem van 50 seconden. Ook heeft de speler DBBS (Dynamic Bass boost System) en heeft het een opname mogelijkheid van 500 seconden. De kwaliteit van de koptelefoontjes was goed. Voor 120 dollar (290,75 gulden) een prima speler. Het enige nadeel dat men heeft kunnen vinden is dat de speler geen ingebouwde VCD-speler heeft:

Evergreen must have taken their time to make this player to the best of their ability. I had no problems at all using it and the sound quality was great. The manual was very detailed and explained how to use every function. They even included a section telling people how to copy MP3's onto a CD-R disc. The anti-skip feature was next to perfect and we had a hard time getting it to skip.
Evergreen have worked hard to competitively price this player and they have succeeded. Although $US120 isn't cheap for just a portable MP3/CD Player compared to the competition it is quite a bit cheaper. The design of the player was not the most original or eye catching type but it was not cheaply made and had no flimsy parts

Niet te geloven, na een maand vertikte hij ineens op een cd met mp3z te spelen, alleen audio doettie nog..
