Mortin van ApusHardware heeft de SuperOrb eens onder de loep genomen in deze review. De SuperOrb is twee keer zo groot als de Chrome Orb en heeft twee coolers binnen in het koelprofiel. De reviewer is niet echt positief over de SuperOrb en beoordeelt het apparaatje met 41%, met name omdat hij nogal veel moest slopen voordat de cooler goed op z'n Abit KT7 mamaplank zat:

The SO is retailing for around $25 right now. $25 isn't that much for a heatsink, but considering the $15 Vantec heatsink totally annihilates it is pretty sad. What more do I need to say?
In conclusion, this heatsink sucks. It doesn't fit right, it may ruin your CPU while installing, it costs too much, and worst of all, it performs horribly. To top it off it's ridiculously loud. Steer clear, folks.Pro's
