Als je denkt dat ze daar op hun lauweren gaan rusten na de release van de Thunderbird en de Athlon 1 GHz heb je het mis: ze maken vandaag duidelijk in een press release dat ze een nieuw SuperG systeem gaan leveren, gebaseerd op de Athlon, om weer de snelste en koudste PC's te gaan verkopen . Ze gaan de cache chippies van de Athlon speciaal koelen om zo hogere snelheden mogelijk te maken. Hoe hoog dat is staat er jammer genoeg niet bij maar dat het snel wordt is zeker:
