The design is as simple as you can make it. There is just the solitary bank of dip switches to be found. The TD2 has no need for an external power source which allows for the small size.
Instructions for the TD2 are simple and straightforward. A detailed pdf document is available at their site with the full instructions in case you lose the included instructions. With only 8 dip switches setup is easy. Settings include 300-1050MHz and 1.3 to 2.05V.
[...] The Tweaking Device 2 is an excellent GFD. It has a simple design that does not require external power, and it is available at a relatively cheap cost. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to over-clock their Athlon.
