Software-update: eMule 0.28a

Versie 0.28a van het programma eMule is onlangs uitgebracht. Hiermee kan je op een eenvoudige manier bestanden delen via het gebruikte eDonkey2000 netwerk. In deze versie zijn een groot aantal veranderingen gemaakt welke terug te vinden zijn in het volgende changelog, let er wel op dat deze versie een alpha status heeft:

Ornis: Webserver: downloadlist shows priorities of files and the controls to change it
