MorphXT is gebaseerd op het populaire uitwisselingsprogramma eMule en voegt een aantal handige functies toe. De ontwikkelaar heeft versie 6.6 is sinds kort beschikbaar staan op de website en deze gebruikt eMule 0.45b als basis. Het meegeleverde changelog ziet er als volgt uit:
