Software-update: DietPi 10.6

DietPi is een lichtgewicht besturingssysteem voor zogenaamde singleboardcomputers. Het is op Debian gebaseerd en geoptimaliseerd om maximale prestaties uit de kleine computers te halen. DietPi heeft daarnaast ook een groot aantal ready-to-run applicaties die kunnen worden geïnstalleerd. Hoewel de naam anders doet vermoeden is het niet alleen geschikt voor Raspberry Pi's, maar ook prima te gebruiken op hardware van bijvoorbeeld Odroid, Orange Rock en Pine. Versie 10.6 is uitgekomen en hier zijn de volgende veranderingen en verbeteringen in aangebracht:

New images

• Orange Pi 4 Pro / Orange Pi Zero 3W | Support and images for these new SBCs with Allwinner A733 SoC have been added. Mainline Linux support for this SoC is still outstanding, hence Xunlong's Linux 6.6 and U-Boot vendor sources are used.
• Odroid M1/M1S/M2 | Support and images for those Hardkernel SBCs Rockchip RK3568/RK3566/RK3588 SoC have been added.

Enhancements

• Allwinner/Amlogic/Rockchip SBCs | A driver for certain ASUS USB keyboards has been added to all our kernel builds.
• DietPi-Banner | Our login banner received a significant number of new features and enhancements: It is now possible to see disk space usage stats of any mounted drive, including path patterns for e.g. dynamic mounts. Failed systemd services and active Fail2Ban bans can be shown, as well as network RX/TX usage stats, not only for the default interface, but for all Ethernet, WiFi, and VPN interfaces of all network namespaces. Multiple custom command entries can now be added, which can make use of the colour code variables, which can be changed in the config file /boot/dietpi/.dietpi-banner. The number of colour codes has been extended, using easier to remember named array indices.
• DietPi-Software | BirdNET-Go: The path to the ONNX runtime library is not set in (re)install to enable access to the additional bird classifier models. This can be also applied manually, following the instructions in the next link. Issue: #8196
• DietPi-Software | Kubo: The IPFS Node install option has been enabled for RISC-V.

Bug fixes

• Odroid N2/HC4 | Support for petitboot has been fixed. Changes in our base boot script caused some petitboot workarounds to not be applied as intended. Issues: #24902, #25296
• Orange Pi Zero 2W | The stability of the system has been significantly increased by assuring the WiFi driver is loaded only when explicitly enabled, and adding CPU voltage ramp delays.
• DietPi-Benchmark | Resolved an issue where a /dietpi-benchmark_testfile directory was unintentionally created, if a "Full" benchmark was done first, and a "Custom Filesystem" Benchmark afterwards, for which no mount selection menu was shown either.
• DietPi-Config | Resolved an issue where scanning for WiFi networks could result in an empty list, if a single hidden network (with an empty SSID) was in range. Issue: #8199
• DietPi-Config | Resolved a v10.5 regression where Bluetooth was always shown as enabled, hence could not be actually enabled anymore. Issue: #8213
• DietPi-Software | Immich: Resolved an issue where the installation failed due to breaking changes in the recent Immich v3 release. Our code has been updated to support Immich v3. As always, existing instances can apply the update via dietpi-software reinstall 215 216, which includes Immich Machine Learning, (only) if installed.
• DietPi-Software | BirdNET-Go: Resolved an issue where the installer did not detect recent releases, since the URLs got an additional date suffix. Issue: #8215
