Van Xfce kwam gisteren de eerste betaversie van de 4.2-branch uit. Het is een lichtgewicht desktop omgeving voor Unix-achtige besturingssystemen en richt zich op snelheid, zonder af te doen aan de visuele aspecten of gebruikersvriendelijkheid. Xfce biedt alle mogelijkheden die je van een moderne desktop omgeving mag verwachten. Het changelog deelt de volgende wijzigingen mee:
