Na twee bètaversies is nu de final van The GodFather versie 0.87 verschenen. Met dit freewareprogramma kan de complete muziekcollectie worden beheerd. Het ondersteunt onder andere de formaten mp3, Ogg Vorbis, mpc, ape, flac en aac, en ID3-tags kunnen handmatig worden ingevuld of automatisch via een connectie met freedb. Daarnaast kan het programma playlists aanmaken, samenvoegen en wijzigen, is het geschikt voor codering en decodering van mp3- en wav-bestanden met LAME, en voor het logisch indelen van de muziekbestanden op je harde schijf.
