De nieuwe firmware is bedoeld voor de modellen die uitgerust zijn met een Intel x86-processor: de TS-239, TS-439, TS-439U, TS-509, TS-639, TS-809, TS-809U, SS-439 en SS-839. Het versienummer is vastgezet op 3.2.0 build 1212, en voorzien van de volgende lijst met veranderingen:

Major Bug Fixing:
- The firmware cannot be downgraded from version 3.2.0 to 3.1.2 or earlier. Otherwise the iSCSI target service might NOT work properly.
- [WebDAV] WebDAV might not work properly in Windows 7
- [WebDAV] Ubuntu 9.04 or earlier versions might not be able to use WebDAV through GNOME. (works in 9.10)
Known Issue:
- Fixed iSCSI processes in some situations may consume nearly 100% CPU resource and cause reboot or shutdown to fail
- Fixed copying using Windows Explorer may cause NAS system unstable in conjunction with EXT4 file system
- Fixed occasional incorrect FAN speed & HDD overheating on TS-809U-RP
