Wie nog af en toe een Sega Saturn-spel wil spelen en geen zin heeft om de oude console op zolder te zoeken, kan gebruikmaken van Yabause. Yabause is een Sega Saturn-emulator die Saturn-spellen in onder andere Linux, Mac OS X en Windows kan afspelen. De software kan de spellen inlezen vanaf een cd of een iso-bestand dat opgeslagen is op de harde schijf. Op deze pagina kan je ontdekken of je favoriete Saturn-game al volledig wordt ondersteund.
De ontwikkelaars hebben een nieuwe versie uitgebracht met 0.9.6 als het versienummer. De lijst met veranderingen sinds de vorige vermelding in de meuktracker ziet er als volgt uit:

Version 0.9.5:
For those who didn’t get our april’s fools, here’s an update: we’re not disbanding after all and we’re releasing a new version :) Controls code has been rewrote to enable emulation of the two peripheral ports of the Saturn. Software renderer also got a major update with window, line scroll and mosaic now emulated. Preliminary support for translations has been added too.
