Nvidia heeft na enkele bèta's weer een stabiele GeForce/Ion-driver uitgebracht. De driver draagt versienummer 314.22 en is geschikt voor Windows XP, Vista, en 7 en 8, met zoals gebruikelijk aparte downloads voor 32bit- en 64bit-omgevingen. Deze drivers moeten betere prestaties en stabiliteit brengen in spellen als BioShock Infinite en Tomb Raider. De release notes maken verder nog melding van nieuwe sli- en 3d vision-profielen.
