Intel heeft op de Computex 2014 de Pentium Anniversary Edition met een unlocked multiplier aangekondigd. De processor komt deze maand beschikbaar. Daarnaast is de Core i7-4790K aangekondigd: Intels eerste quadcore op 4GHz.
