Bij PC Extremist staan de specificaties en prijzen van de nieuwe Spessa CD-RW drives van Sony. Het gaat hier om vier 10x burners die zowel als interne als externe modellen leverbaar zijn in IDE of SCSI uitvoering:
Sony has released four new CD-ReWritable drives into its Spressa family. These new drives, the Spressa i.LINK (CRX145E/XI) external drive, the Spressa Professional external SCSI (CRX145S/XS), the Spressa Professional internal EIDE (CRX145E/CH) and the Spressa Professional internal SCSI (CRX145S/C) all support 10X maximum recording for CD-R, 4X maximum recording for CD-RW and 32X maximum for reading CDs. All of the drives come bundled with CD Extreme for Windows, abCD for Windows, Retrospect Express for Windows and Mixman Studio for Windows and all four drives will be available next month.
