- Fixed problem with app not displaying error message if it cannot get an overlay surface
- Fixed audio and video sync problem with MPEG-2 captures
- Fixed crash with VR when you leave the app in surf mode
- Fixed VR page fault when attempting to change the start time on time record page in 95/98
- Fixed problem with VR locking the picture in the windows if you click on the icon a second time in Win 95
- Fixed problem with clicking on VCR while using International Skin resulted in an error message
- Added "Always on top" choice through the right mouse button menu option
