Considering the Prophet is by default clocked at 125 core/300 memory, and has 333 MHz SGRAM chips, there should be a nice gap for overclocking potential. Using the handy-dandy overclocking sliders, which are built into Nvidia's reference drivers, we went on an overclocking frenzy. Without external cooling, we were able to clock the card to 165/345, roughly a 30% increase for the core and 15% for the memory, not bad at all. With the addition of a Card Cooler unit, we were able to squeeze 165/350, but after that point we started to see very small visual artifacts and called it quits.
Wederom een Guillemot 3D Prophet die >160Mhz haalt!
