The first Golden Finger Devices shipped today, here is a picture of the current revision. Don't be fooled by the simple look, there is quite a bit of wiring on the backside. Total build time is almost as much as a full mod.An initial price of $75 has been set on the "Golden Finger Device" and quantity shipments will begin on the 2nd of December. Golden Finger Device - An add on solution that provides multiplier and voltage control (no cache control). Overclocking limited by cache (1/2 mult) until mainboards support this feature. Plastic cover must be removed or notched. Maximum overclock, ~700MHz. Cost: $75 + CPU
Original mod - A full solution that gives control over multiplier, cache multiplier, and voltage. Is a full non-reversible solution. Maximum overclock, ~800Mhz + Cost: $310 (modded CPU) or $125 + CPU
