As its title implies, Viper Racing showcases Dodge's horsepower-heavy and barely street-legal beast under full race conditions. Although the Viper is the only car you'll be driving and driving against (there may be the occasional airplane, too, but we'll get to that later), don't be fooled into thinking the game gets boring--it doesn't.Despite its flashy arcade appearance, Viper Racing is a borderline simulation, and an intriguing one at that. Granted, fuel isn't a consideration and the rather short lap counts don't force pit stops, but the Viper car model exhibits some of the same exceptional physics found in another Sierra racing game, Papyrus' own NASCAR Racing 2. And that's gotta count for something.
