Intel shares fell today on account of the company's apparent delay with releasing the .18micron Coppermine 600MHz CPU. Intel's shares on the NASDAQ fell $3.0625 to $54.9375. To compete with AMD's exceptionally strong K7 processor, Intel will release a Pentium III 600 (based on .25micron) in August (as we stated in our roadmap).
