3Dfx officials reached at E3 said they didn't have enough information about Unified to say whether it infringed on intellectual property or not."We'll evaluate this and determine if legal action is appropriate," said Michael Howse, 3Dfx senior vice president of marketing. "We will defend our IP as we have in the past."
