ECS heeft onlangs de P4VMM2 aankondigd, een moederbord dat is voorzien van een VIA P4M266 chipset. Deze chipset bestaat uit de VIA P4M266 Northbridge in combinatie met de VT8233 Southbridge en een Savage 4 2D/3D controller. Aan boord vinden we twee SDR en twee DDR banken. Verder zijn er twee PCI sloten, een CNR slot en een AGP gleuf aanwezig:
The P4VMM2 comes with PS/2 keyboard and mouse connectors, dual USB ports, two high-speed serial ports, anEPP/ECP parallel port, audio jacks for microphone-in, line-in, line-out and CD-in and a game port. There are two PCI IDE interfaces that support up to four IDE devices (PIO mode 4, DMA mode 2, ATA66/100), as well as four extra USB ports (USB1.0 and USB 2.0). Topping off all these great features are the regular ECS 'extras' including LAN/modem wake-up, hardware monitoring and keyboard power on functions.
